The Therapy Manager plans, coordinates and directs daily operations of the Physical Medicine programs ensuring cost effective, efficient and high quality rehabilitation services for the MLH campuses. This position provides leadership, supervision and oversees training of staff to promote professional growth and technical development. The Therapy Manager also promotes and maintains interdisciplinary relationships to support clinical services and educational opportunities.
